Founded by Sheri Fisher

Sheri Fisher founded Fisher Learning Design to help organizations build training that changes behavior and does more than check a box.

For 20 years, she has partnered with international companies on their training needs, designing eLearning, workshops, job aids and learning programs that work for teams across locations, roles and languages.

Sheri also founded Fisher Safety Innovations, bringing the same approach to workplace safety. She leads a team of in-house safety experts, instructional designers, and former and current CDL drivers, who review every course against OSHA and FMCSA requirements each year.
